Teaching Style/Approach

Jessica is known to be a highly dynamic trainer with great talent for promoting the involvement of participants in the learning process and a “killer” sense of humor. Most workshops contain a mix of lively discussion of theory, demonstration, skill building exercises and role plays where participants put everything into practice. Feedback and reflection are also emphasized to deepen the learning. Jessica’s continued work as a mediator and facilitator keeps her training alive with practical examples drawn from a great depth of experience.

Presentations and workshops range from as little as 1-2 hours to weeklong intensives depending upon the objectives and availability of the client. Every presentation or training is customized to the needs and experience level of the participants. Regardless of length, participants report that the time flies!
